Tamara Williams grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, where storytelling wasn’t just entertainment — it was connection, perspective, and belonging. Family movie nights and early experiences with theater revealed how a single narrative could shift how people see themselves and the world around them. That early understanding became foundational: stories don’t just entertain — they shape meaning, trust, and decision‑making.

Over the past 15+ years, Tamara has worked at the intersection of marketing, screenwriting, and creative leadership, developing a deep respect for both emotional truth and strategic clarity. That path led her to found Liberated Works Media, a brand story consultancy and fractional CBO practice built to support brands that need their work understood, not oversimplified.

Now based in Chicago, Tamara partners with founders and leadership teams to build marketing, media, and creator intelligence platforms — technology that shapes how people interpret data, culture, and behavior.
